We offer for rent a charming 18th century Villa adorned by Count Rodolfo Pucci Boncampi with wall paintings in the rooms and facades with frames, arches and friezes. He was an important figure in the Perugian context in fact he was appointed Gonfaloniere of the city of Perugia from 1823 to 1828, he was succeeded by several prominent figures of the territory such as Count Marcello Pucci Boncampi gold medal for military valor for which he was affixed a plaque on the facade of the building to honor the valiant soldier who fell in the war.
Since 1997 the villa has not been inhabited, until 2015, when the restoration and consolidation works began.
